Who can participate in the Startup Garage?
Every student studying can take part at Startup Garage. We believe in the power of interdisciplinary, and are thus looking forward to participants from agriculture and natural and economic science.

Do I have to have a business idea/technology to participate?
No. You can create a team to develop your idea or join one with an existing idea.
How can I apply for the Startup Garage?
1) Show action and come to the Kickoff (without registration).
However, 2) email us so that we can plan. We have a maximum number of students who can participate in our program. If this number is reached, we must put you on the waiting list for the current or following schedule. Therefore, we highly recommend that you contact us beforehand.
Do I get ECTS points, or is the program preparation for my exams?
The Startup Garage helps you to work on real challenges and experimentally learn the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur
In the Startup Garage Hohenheim, you work collaboratively with fellow students to solve problems and actively shape the future you desire. The tools, methods, and networks will enhance your thinking and strengthen your future endeavors.
We consider this to be more valuable than ECTS and only want to have those participants who embrace such a mindset.
